Long Shelf with Six ViaBoxes

Friday, July 29th, 2011

Two customers sent us photos of their unique storage sets. Here are two great examples of using a Long Shelf with 6 ViaBoxes. The Long Shelf (and the Short Shelf, too)  securely connects through the sides of the ViaBoxes and gives you additional storage space. The Long Shelf is the same width as two ViaBoxes, and the Short Shelf is the same as one ViaBox.

Two Tone Wood Wine Rack

Wednesday, June 15th, 2011

The Natural finish really looks sharp with accessories in another wood tone, like these Espresso Doors. These four ViaBoxes can also be arranged other ways, plus you can keep adding to this as your wine collection grows. And the ViaBoxes are so deep that the X-Racks shown above can also be installed behind the Doors.

Introducing the New Design Toy – I mean Tool. The Configurator

Friday, June 3rd, 2011

ViaBoxes Configurator

Finally, we did it! We, along with many of our customers, have dreamed of any easier way to design and preview a set of ViaBoxes.  And now we can with The NEW Configurator. So grab your computer, a cup of coffee, maybe your favorite stuffed animal, and zip on over to ViaBoxes.com and test out the new drag and drop interactive design tool.

Click and drag the ViaBoxes and Shelves to create the perfect configuration for your space. Then customize your storage set with Shapes, Doors, Inside Shelves, Racks, Drawers, Tops, and Bases. When you’re finished building simply click the Add to Cart button and each item will be listed.

This new tool allows you to design storage furniture like benches, TV stands, toy boxes, desks, and more. Plus, if you already own a set of ViaBoxes you can even use The Configurator to redesign a set before you move them around the room. Change your toy box into a new home office desk or closet organizer. Redesign ViaBoxes to become a craft table with plenty of storage or create a classy wine rack for your growing collection. Remember, whatever your storage needs are around the house, ViaBoxes will look great anywhere.

Nursery Changing Table

Changing Table

Thanks to a cool Via customer, we can show you another example of ViaBoxes in all of their functioning glory. Instead of buying a new changing table, they simply converted 4 ViaBoxes they already had into a stylish diaper station. The cush diaper pad is sized perfectly to fit right on top of 2 ViaBoxes.

I remember back to my diaper changing days not too long ago that this configuration was really handy for us, too. I could keep one hand on the baby as I reached through a shaped opening with the other to grab the wipes and dipes.

Thank you, Hartmann family from Redmond, Washington, for sending in a shot of your snazzy nursery. We love receiving photos of great ideas and storage sets our customers have designed. If you would like to share yours, please send them to us, info@viaboxes.com.

Playtime!

Monday, April 12th, 2010

This little boy has the right idea. It looks like he has his own little place to play. The Via TOY Boxes make a good dividing wall to split up a bigger space. Thank you, Crystal in Singapore. It’s nice to see your adorable son playing around his toy boxes. It looks like he can get to all of his favorite stuff pretty easily.
